By registering on AirMeat, you guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential, and you must not allow others to access or use your account. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, especially if:
- You share your username and password with others or allow them to gain access.
- You leave your browser unattended during an active session.
- You access your AirMeat account carelessly or negligently in any other manner.
Your username remains the property of AirMeat and may be revoked or suspended at AirMeat’s discretion. If you become aware of any breach or attempted breach of AirMeat’s data security, you must inform AirMeat’s management immediately and in writing.
2. No Liability
AirMeat acts solely as an intermediary between suppliers and the general public, displaying information in good faith. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information and cannot be held liable for any damages suffered by suppliers or the public based on such information.
Any disputes between suppliers and the general public, including but not limited to:
- Reversals of invalid sales.
- Discounts or refunds due.
- Overpayments.
- Transaction values or account debiting.
These disputes are strictly between the concerned parties, and AirMeat is not liable for any damages resulting from these disputes.
3. Security
AirMeat uses PayFast for transactions and adheres to the following security measures:
- PayFast employs sophisticated systems to ensure account security and integrity. However, there is a balance between security measures and user convenience.
- Security relies heavily on your username and password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact PayFast immediately.
- It is recommended to use a web browser with 128-bit encryption or better, though PayFast cannot guarantee that data transmission will be completely secure and free from interception by third parties.
- Phishing is a form of fraud where criminals attempt to access confidential information through fake emails or websites. PayFast will respond promptly to such threats but cannot guarantee the prevention of all phishing attacks. Users are responsible for being vigilant and reporting any potential phishing threats to PayFast.
- PayFast reserves the right to implement security measures to prevent or minimize fraudulent transactions, which may result in the disallowance of certain payments.
4. Disclaimer
Use of your AirMeat account is at your own risk. AirMeat is not liable for any loss or damages, including but not limited to:
- Defects or faults in your hardware or software.
- Internet connectivity failures.
- The unavailability of the AirMeat website or dashboard.
- AirMeat’s failure to carry out instructions due to circumstances beyond our control.
